14 Day Replacement Guarantee


(1) Mytikart.com offers you REPLACEMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE product/s ordered on Mytikart.com i.e within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s subject to the following terms and conditions:
(A). Notify us of any defects within 48 hours from the date of delivery and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the defective product/s.
(B). Notify us of any other returns the product/s and/or within 7 days from the date of delivery and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the product/s.
(C). Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with Mytikart only.


(2) Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
(A). Damages due to misuse of product;
(B). Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
(C). Any consumable item which has been used;
(D). Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
(E). Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
(F).Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

1)We do not accept returns for the following product:


You can exchange almost everything if you are not 100% satisfied. 
However, for hygiene concerns,
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:-
Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear and socks.
Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty and skincare products.
Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery, glassware and handbags.
Please return your items in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.


2)How do I return/exchange my order?


We offer easy self-service return process. To return/exchange your order, please do the following steps.

Click on Return
Select the Items that you want to return
You will get a refund once your order is picked up & checked for quality.


3)How can I return my product?


We will send you a courier to pick up the product. You need to return it in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. We will start the refund process when the product is received in our warehouse in the same shipping box in original condition.However, if we're unable to provide a pickup in your postal code, we request you to self-ship the package through a courier of your choice. In such case, we reimburse the cost of shipment to your Mytikart store credit/wallet in the form of store credits to a maximum of Rs 150. For this, you will be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at admin@mytikart.com


4)Where Do I Return the Product(s)?

5)what are the Conditions for Return and Refund and Exchange for a multiple product order?


- For order(s) that has multiple product in it, partial refund is not applicable. You need to return the complete order and the refund is payable through the store credits in your Mytikart wallet/store credits.
- For single product order, refund is applicable and payable either through the store credits or a NEFT transfer.
- If any of the product(s) in a multiple product order is defective/damaged, or wrong size and you are looking for a return, in such case, the payment is made through the store credits.
- If any of the product(s) in a multiple product order is damaged/defective or wrong size and you are looking for an exchange, we will be more than happy to exchange it, however subject to availability.
At the time of return, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories, tags, and its invoice.


6)What is the refund policy for the returned item?


We process refund after quality check of the items returned by you.
If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 days of refund.
If you have paid for the order using mytikart store Credits, then the amount gets refunded to your mytikart store Credit account within 1 to 3 day of refund.
If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then you will be required to provide the NEFT bank details for transfer to your bank account within 7 days of refund.


7)What happens if I want to return a product that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Offer or a Bundle Promo?


In such cases, you will have to return all the items that were part of the promotion. Once we receive all the items, we will issue your refund to your bank account or Credit Card as the case may be, or issue Store Credit, if you opted for Cash on Delivery.


8)Will I Be Charge For Exchange?


Exchanges are free of cost! But if you choose a product of a higher value, the difference in value will have to be paid by you.
